We pride ourselves on offering top-notch customer support. Our live, in-house customer service staff responds promptly to any customer need, and foneGEAR has instituted the following customer service programs for our customers:
- Live 877-FONEGEAR (877-366-3432) toll-free phone support 8 am-5 pm Eastern time, Monday-Friday. All messages left by customers on after-hours and on holidays are answered promptly on the next business day.
- cs@fonegear.com live email support. All emails are answered within 24-hours of receipt, or on the next business day if received after-hours.
- Lifetime warranty on all non-Bluetooth retail products, and prompt exchange of any defective merchandise.
- Customer service staff members that are empowered to make decisions that help our customers obtain quick and simple solutions.
